Anyone else just realise there is only one more pay day before Christmas??? Where did the time go?! I always plan on being so organised for Christmas and say I’ll start buying early but finding a place to start is a nightmare. So when I received a message from Uncommon Goods about their gifting ranges I jumped at the chance to work with them!
For those who don’t yet know them, Uncommon Goods is an organisation bringing together suppliers and artists to sell their products in one place. Not only can you buy gifts from all over the world they are dedicated to sustainability, using recycled materials and working with artists and manufactures who make handmade, recycled or organic products. On top of this $1 of your order goes to a charitable partner of your choice such as RAINN or American Forests.
This is a great site for inspo on what to get those people in your life who never know what they want. My Mum for example always just says she wants ‘something to keep’ what does that really mean? This normally ends up being some kind of vase or decorative bowl but there are so many great personalised gift ideas from Uncommon Goods. This personalised cook book is my favourite pick, my mum writes down all our recipes in a little notebook but I love how this one has an index for who came up with what!
Last year I really struggled finding exciting gifts for Dan’s stocking and ended up just getting a few sweets and stationary which was a bit boring. This year I’m going to get ahead of the game, I absolutely love this travel ticket stub book! Some of you may know we cover our coffee table top with tickets but its getting rather full! Being in the Navy, Dan often has the opportunity to do exciting things so this book is perfect for those tickets that didn’t quite make the table. Check out more unique stocking ideas here.
There are a variety of gift buying guides on this site that are so helpful and there are so many unique gifts on offer, take a look at their Christmas list yourself here.
Let me know your favourite picks from Uncommon Goods, where do you normally go for gift inspiration?
Until next time!
